1.2 Premium Membership
In our platform most of activities are free of cost but some of the activities could mark as premium, to access premium activities in Html Hints you need to access premium membership. To check price & benefits, please visit here.
Premium membership is paid & price depends on the various factors. Period of premium membership is 1 Month to 1 Year depends on what package you availed.
1.2.1 Automatic Renewal
Html Hints premium membership will not renew automatically. When your membership will going to be ended you will receive a reminder mail to re-subscribe again.
1.2.2 No Refunds
Once you purchased, Html Hints premium membership or Html Hints Workshop that can not cancelled it. How ever you can contact us regarding this on info@htmlhints.com.
2. Payment Information
We don't store your data such as Card information regarding with a purchase or any transactions on Html Hints. Applicable taxes would be chargeable whenever you made purchase on Html Hints on the basis of Indian Tax Law.
3. Information That We Collect
Pages, code or other content from Html Hint's may not be redistributed or reproduced in any way, shape, or form without the written permission.
If you are the rightful owner of the content and feel like the content published by us, violates any rule/regulation, kindly contact the Html Hints's team to get the matter solved.
4. Pricing, Payments and Refunds
When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method. If you aren’t happy with your course, Html Hints offers a 10-days refund (Terms & conditions apply). Note- If you made payment for coding contest then refund may not applicable.
4.1 Pricing
The prices of courses & coding contest on Html Hints are determined based on the terms of the Instructor Terms and our Policy.
If you are located in a country where use and sales tax, goods and services tax, or value added tax is applicable to consumer sales, we are responsible for collecting and remitting that tax to the proper tax authorities. Depending on your location, the price you see may include such taxes, or tax may be added at checkout.
4.2 Payments
You agree to pay the fees for courses that you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment (such as Boleto, SEPA, direct debit, or mobile wallet) for those fees. Html Hints works with third party payment processing partners to offer you the most convenient payment methods in your country and to keep your payment information secure.
When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails and you still get access to the course or coding contest you are enrolling in, you agree to pay us the corresponding fees within two (2) days of notification from us. We reserve the right to disable access to any course or coding contest for which we have not received adequate payment.
4.3 Refunds
If the course you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request, within 10 days of your purchase of the course, that Html Hints apply a refund to your account. We reserve the right to apply your refund as a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion, depending on capabilities of our payment processing partners, and other factors. No refund is due to you if you request it after the 10-day guarantee time limit has passed.

At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you’ve consumed a significant portion of a course that you want to refund or if you’ve previously refunded a course, we reserve the right to deny your refund, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of the Services. If we ban your account or disable your access to a course due to your violation of Terms & Conditions, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.
5. Content, Objects and Intellectual Property Rights
All content, objects and other related materials belong to Html Hint's, unless indicated otherwise. All content and objects owned by Html Hint's are governed and protected by state and federal laws, such as copyrights, trade marks, and intellectual property rights. Only third-party materials, brands, trademarks and service marks are the property of their respective owners.
Content and objects on Html Hint's cannot not be altered, edited, reproduced, reposted, mirrored, moved, downloaded, distributed or published without soliciting written consent. We maintain the right to update, append or remove content, refuse access or discontinue use of the website without previous notification.
